Missed a cart on the Font List!

Huge thanks to Dawn (dragonfly50) for letting me know I'd missed the font from Paper Lace 2!!!

I have added it to the list but it won't be uploaded until the next lot of carts that have fonts on them are released.

In the mean time I have created a separate PDF with just the font sample from Paper Lace 2.

Hello Thursday - August 2011

Just the one cart for Hello Thursday this month. But if you like Teresa Collins and/or Halloween you'll probably love it!

Her new Seasonal cartridge is called Chic and Scary.

We don't really do Halloween in a big way in Australia yet so this one probably won't be high on my list. However, there are some days where this image would be quite appropriate in my house. :)

A note about the Cricut Circle

There has been some confusion about which cart new members will receive when they join the Circle. I have confirmed the details with PC and here is the info:


Going forward all new never joined before Circle members will receive French Manor in their Welcome Pack, not Sophie.

At some point after this quarter (Aug - Oct) has finished Sophie will be added to Circle Rewards and you will be able to get it from there.

Edited to add new info:

Sophie will be available to order from Cricut Rewards once PC commence mailing out the carts to existing members.

A new blog - all about Cricut Craft Room

Just wanted to let you all know that I have another blog you might find useful.

Fellow Bug Guide and message board member Scrapalette and I are putting together a blog that is dedicated to Cricut Craft Room.

Font list updated for June carts

I have updated the font list to include Ornamental Iron 2, Teresa Collins Sophisticated and Creative Memories Traveler.

There is one small error. Font 2 on the Sophisticated cart has the shadow, not Font 1 as I have noted.

Hello Thursday - June 2011 - 3rd of 3!

Wow! Talk about leaving the best till last...

Here's the final installment of Hello Thursday for June.

8 amazing new carts. I can't wait to get my hands on Flower Shoppe. A friend of mine (thanks Sharon!!!) recently taught me how to make flowers using a hand drawn spiral shape. This cart is going to make that job so much easier.

Provocraft have introduced two new cartridge lines. Look out for Project carts (P) and Events carts (E).

Hello Thursday - June 2011 - 1st of 3!!

Looks like we're in for a real treat this month as there will be three Hello Thursday cartridge releases!

You might notice that Hello Thursday has had a facelift. Make sure you check out the Look Books for each cart. They include images from the cart and a one minute video!

There are two cartridges being retired this month. They are Speaking of Fall and Opposites Attract.

Design Studio - March and April carts available to download

The Design Studio font pack has been updated to include the March and April cart releases!

Latest update is  FontUpdate_110412.exe. Click on the second Download button. Remember to save the download to your computer, then run the install file from there.

It looks like all the new carts have again been placed in the font category.

The download page has also had a bit of a face lift. Clicking on any of the cart names will take you to the Cricut.com shopping page where you can see some of the images and put it in your shopping cart to purchase.

We're still waiting for the cartridge handbooks to be uploaded.

Font list is finally updated!

With the release of April's Hello Thursday I can finally release the latest version of the Cricut Carts with Fonts list.

There was only one cart (American Alphabet) with a font in the April release (out of 17 carts!).

The carts haven't been added to Design Studio yet, but luckily they were added to Cricut Craft Room so I was able to get my screen shot from there.

I've also used CCR to get screen shots of the two Imagine carts that have fonts (Blast Off and Country Carnival) and have added them to the list.

Other changes to the list are:

Many of the screen shots have been redone in different colours so you won't be using up all the blue ink in your printer.

The blank spaces have been removed (I got a lot of requests asking for that to reduce the number of pages). The draw back to that is that you will have to print the whole document - not just the pages that had the changes on them.

However..... if you don't want to print the whole document I will add a link to a document that only has the new carts on it. You can then add that to the front of your print outs.

I'm also trialling a new file sharing site - Box.net. Hopefully you will find it easier to use than mediafire. I'm not sure of what my download limit it. I guess I'm about to find out! :) Please let me know if you have any problems downloading/accessing the files.
