Q: What are the different links? Which one should I download?
A: In Australia (and many other countries) our standard size printer paper is called A4. Its size is a little different to the Letter size paper that is used in the US. So that the document prints out correctly for everyone I created two versions of it. One in US letter size, and one in A4 size.
So if you are in a country that uses Letter size paper (8½ x 11") and you want the full list of carts you would download "Full list - US letter size."
If you are in Australia or somewhere else that uses A4 (210mm x 297mm) and you want the full list you would download "Full list - A4 size."
If you have previously downloaded the full list and only want to download the pages for the new carts then you would download using the "fonts only" link.
