The update page now has no Font Pack download option so I'm guessing all the new carts have been loaded into the regular DS update.
Changes are:
- Converts *.cut files to *.gypsy files.
- Can open and save *.gypsy files.
- Improved reliability of Cricut DesignStudio.

I uploaded the new program today - i was unable to use my designstudio at all yester, so the update todaywas timely! I was instructed to uninstall the program first, and then install the update. Following that I did the firmware update for my wee cricut. Once it was all done I was able to cut no problem - though I can't tell you yet if it is "new and improved" it did have all the new cartridges. And - those cartridges where the images were so small you couldn't see them (home decor) are now larger, so that's definitely a good thing.
